ISO have put up a press release here about it. It comes in four parts for a total of 7,228 pages... not your average bedtime reading I would guess... and no, I don't feel like shelling out 342 Swiss Francs (NZ$529) to find out, although I am curious about what format it is supplied in...

For anyone interested you can download the documents here (they're at the bottom of the page, in PDF, Carl),

I had a brief read of this publication and it does appear to have further changes from the leaked version from a few months back. After only a brief read I've seen several omissions that should have been fixed if they applied the editing instructions, one of which is a platform dependency to Windows. It was ridiculous to try and write a standard at this pace though so errors were to be expected, but it's still sad to see.
By the way ODF has recently put out some errata (maintenance and patches) and one of the ODF chairs, Rob Weir, speculated that ODF 1.2 would be out Q1 2009, http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.0/errata/
