The Council is keen to be more transparent, and to do so, we are publishing our monthly meeting minutes so that the membership (and anyone else) can see what we're doing.
For a bit over a year, since September 2017, we've been using our NextCloud's integrated Collabora Office to record both a monthly meeting agenda, and then during the meeting: decisions, actions councillors have agreed to undertake, and other items discussed. We also include who has attended the meeting. Prior to using Collabora Office, we used our Etherpad instance for which we cannot easily turn off editing, so we're not making links to those available directly to ward off spam.
There was a break in council meetings from December 2017 through March 2018.
